The Offline Playlist

We made a first-of-its-kind concert that united New Orleans artists on a Spotify playlist with the fans listening to it, live in the city’s most sacred musical space, Preservation Hall. Participating artists include: Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Jon Batiste, Irma Thomas, Curren$y, Mannie Fresh, Hurray for the Riff Raff, Boyfriend, Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Walter “Wolfman” Washington, Amanda Shaw, and Craig Adams.

Together, they represent more than 100 million Spotify streams and six Grammy nominations. The Offline Playlist was photographed by Danny Clinch. In total, the project produced a historic concert, live album, sponsored Spotify content, broadcast commercials, out of home, social and influencer content, and a full-length documentary which has embarked on an international festival tour.
